In memory of September 11th

We want to express our feelings after the devastating loss on September 11, 2001.  In dedication of this horrific day, we planted a Weeping Noodka Cyress tree at the Mount Hope Inn.  This tree was chosen because it looks like it's weeping.  A tree is a sign of life and it houses birds that sing of life.  We also have a statue of a brave fireman accompanied by a sign donned in Red, White and Blue with the American Flag.  It reads: 

The plaque reads:  In memory of those who returned to their heavenly father on September 11, 2001.
